Terms of Service

1. About PoEden

PoEden provides tools for Path of Exile players: stash tracking and snapshots, a services marketplace, bulk trade listings, and a community reputation system. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Not affiliated with Grinding Gear Games

PoEden is a fan-made project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Grinding Gear Games. Path of Exile, Path of Exile 2, and all related assets, names, and imagery are trademarks and copyrights of Grinding Gear Games. Game data is accessed through the official Path of Exile API under its terms of use; economy data is sourced from third-party market data providers.

3. Accounts and Path of Exile OAuth

  • You sign in with your Path of Exile account through the official OAuth flow. We never see or store your Path of Exile password.
  • We only access the data you explicitly authorize (profile, stash tabs you select for snapshots).
  • Access tokens are stored encrypted. You can revoke PoEden's access at any time from your Path of Exile account settings; doing so disables stash-related features but does not delete your PoEden data.
  • You are responsible for activity performed with your account on PoEden.

4. In-game trading only — no real-money trading

  • All listings, prices, and services on PoEden are denominated in in-game currency. Offering or requesting payment in real money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or anything of real-world value ("RMT") is prohibited and results in removal of listings and account bans.
  • PoEden is a listing board, not a party to any trade. Trades and services happen in-game between players. We do not hold items, escrow currency, or guarantee that any trade completes.
  • Selling services for in-game currency (carries, crafts, leveling) is a long-standing community practice, but you use them at your own risk — check the seller's reputation before trading.

5. User conduct

You agree not to:

  • Scam, defraud, or intentionally mislead other players in trades or services.
  • Manipulate the reputation system — vouch rings, alt-account vouching, retaliatory negatives, or buying/selling vouches.
  • Post abusive, harassing, or illegal content in listings, comments, or whispers.
  • Scrape, flood, or otherwise abuse the service programmatically. Rate limits are enforced; circumventing them is a violation.
  • Impersonate other players or misrepresent listings.

Violations may result in content removal, reputation penalties, or a permanent ban, at our discretion and without prior notice.

6. Vouches and user content

  • Vouches, comments, and listings are user-generated content. The opinions expressed are those of their authors, not PoEden.
  • Vouch history is displayed publicly (anonymized for visitors who are not logged in) and cannot be edited by the recipient. See the FAQ for how the system works.
  • We may remove or moderate content that violates these terms, but we do not pre-screen content and are not liable for it.

7. Data and privacy

  • We store: your Path of Exile account name, encrypted OAuth tokens, stash snapshots you create, your listings, vouches given and received, and site preferences.
  • We do not sell your data. Aggregate, anonymized statistics (e.g. market prices) may be derived from public listing data.
  • You may request deletion of your account and associated data via the Feedback button; snapshot history and listings are removed, while vouches you left on others remain (anonymized) to preserve the integrity of their history.

8. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. Price estimates, stash valuations, and economy data are approximations based on third-party sources and may be wrong or out of date. We are not liable for losses — in-game or otherwise — arising from trades, valuations, service interruptions, or data errors.

9. Changes to the service and these terms

Features may change, break, or be removed, especially around game league launches. We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
